About the job

As an insulation work planner, you are the connecting link between client, project team and execution.

At SustainableXL, we are committed to smart and effective sustainability. We supply and install high-quality solutions such as solar panels, heat pumps, batteries and insulation for both individuals and businesses. Our goal? Unburdening customers completely and guiding them towards a more sustainable future. We also advise companies on sustainability and work together with hundreds of intermediaries to accelerate the energy transition.
What will you do?
You translate project assignments into detailed insulation plans, including choice of materials, work instructions and safety regulations.
You also review construction drawings, make calculations and ensure that the right materials and resources are available on time. Thanks to your planning and coordination, projects proceed without surprises and with maximum progress.
For complex assignments, you conduct site visits to accurately map the situation and realise optimal solutions. You identify bottlenecks before they arise and proactively offer technical alternatives.
